January 2nd we flew down to Munich, Germany. From there we continued south by car to Kreuzbergpass in Italy. We have had two beautiful and high quality training days in the Dolomite mountains.
During the Christmas break I have bin doing a lot of training at home
in Kvitfjell with my dad. After these two days in Italy, I´m confident
that we have bin focusing on the right things, my skiing feels stronger
then ever. The last weeks progression has bin good, hope to show you this in the first race of 2010 in Zagreb, Croatia Wednesday
evening!
Team physio, Trond Reginiussen
Truls at the start. He was unfortunate and hurt his back at the training in Italy today. The pain was so big that he decided to take some days off, this to make an optimal preparation for his big giant-slalom race in Adelboden the coming weekend. This means that team Norway contains only one racer in Wednesday race. I wish Truls a good recovery, and looking forward to seeing him kick ass on Saturday!
