The focus this time of the year is to go back to the basics, aming to expand the platform so that we can be able to reach a higher technical level in the future. Every day we get a lot off runs in, this is the time for quantity. During the race season we don´t have time for this, and you are more or less forced to make the best out of what you got. This way of training also gives a nice variation to the days in the hill. For me it´s both important and motivating. In general I would say that any skier at any level should prioritize this right now. It´s 6-7 months till the next race, and the biggest mistake you can make is to start off by working to narrow on small details.

Get out in the hill, enjoy the sun and think out off the box!
Good luck

I came here a couple off days before the rest of the team, monday I joined a group at Dønski-Alpin
skigymnasium for training. They really impressed me by their attitude and skills. Thanks a lot for
a fun and solid training day, keep up the good work!
