I´m also happy to announce that I will continue skiing Rossignol the following two years. Since the rest of the team switched to Head, I have gotten some questions if I´m going to do the same. But I´m convinced "the rooster" has the best possible material, and I´m looking forward to keep working with all the great guys in the Rossignol system. For next year I´ll have the Swede Niclas Cronsel as a technician. He is a great, easy going guy, with a lot of experience. Very exited to have him in the team! The only thing that worries me, is that I´m going to forget my German. The communication with the service man is where I have had a lot of my practice the last years, I´m sure I´ll find another way..

Last weekend I had a great time in Oslo with Statoil´s new project "The heroes of tomorrow". 20 kids from different ski disciplines are picked for the project. Among other winter- athletes like Therese Johaug, Eldar Rønning, Anders Jackobsen and Nina Løseth, I will do my best to mentor the promising talents. Cool to be involved with a group with such high energy level and ambition.

This last news, is probably the steepest.. It´s felt right to keep this fact from the "public" while I still was in a hectic season. I´m gonna jump straight to the point, my girlfriend Betina and myself are going to be parents in the end of May! We are having a boy, and a new chapter in life are going to start at any moment now.. We are very exited, spending the days preparing ourselves for it to happen. But still, for this task, how ready can you be? Wish us luck!
